Additionally, we offer shipping to Switzerland, which is not a member of the European Union. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason for every order. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item. To exercise your right of cancellation, please send us an email in time. The return shipping is at your own expense. You can find the cancellation form in our terms and conditions under the section "Cancellation." If paying by credit card or in advance, please provide the last four digits of your credit card or IBAN. Print out the form and include it with your shipment.

As long as your package is not yet on its way to you, generally everything is possible. Simply send us an email at office@pinpods.com. If your order is already on its way to you, there's still the option to refuse the package upon arrival at your door. It will then be returned directly to us, and you will not incur any extra costs. However, if a neighbor accepts it or if the package is left at your desired location, unfortunately, our cancellation policy comes into effect.
